A few months ago at the NOLA Coffee Festival, Jeff Foster from Bush Hill Coffee became the very first host of the Aillio Community Booth.

What makes this booth special? It isn’t run by Aillio staff—it’s led entirely by members of the Bullet community. It’s an organic extension of the passion and expertise you’ve shared with us over the years.

The Aillio Community Booth is a space to roast, brew, and taste together. Whether you want to talk about the Bullet, geek out over roast profiles, or share your personal coffee journey, this stage is for you.

Jeff is back, and this time he’ll joined by Jaime from Monta Coffee for the second incarnation of the Community Booth.
